I've just had my fibre installed and changed over the router to the Technicolor 582 fibre router. My Samsung TV will not connect to the router wirelessly but does using an ethernet connection. Everything was fine with the old router. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this and get it Once this was done, I had no problems at all connecting my Smart TV to my home network, and then connect my iPhone to my home network afterwards. I'm assuming that all devices need to be disconected prior to attempting to connect the smart tv as it needs to be in the first perverbial slot of the network (or second if you count the actual computer).
Note: If the TV can connect to any other network, service is not required, and the issue is with the network that you're unable to connect to. We just bought a new Samsung HD Smart TV? Took forever to hook up to our Xfinity Box. Yesterday lost stations on that TV. Xfinity said the box was bad and we had to get a new cable box. We are on the 2nd one today and can not get it to connect to the TV. Says no signal. HELP! It worked on another TV in the house but not this new TV. Aug 23, 2016 · My Samsung TV (UA37D5000PR) bought in Dubai (2012) is wired to the Wi-Fi router and I can successfully play media from my laptop (Samsung All Share or via Smart View) but am unable to project my laptop screen from My Lenovo Flex14 (WIndows10) laptop. Pls suggest. My TV firmware is also upto date as per the prompt on TV I connected my tv to my phone as a hotspot, so I know its not the TV with the issue, and internet on my laptop in the same room the TV is in, is lightning fast, so I know its not a low network connection issue, the TV simply won't connect to my network. Neither my main network, nor the guest network I set up, which is strictly 2.4ghz. It was all fine and suddenly the TV stopped connecting to the wifi. It shows connected to the router but not to the internet. My TV is new so still under warranty. Samsung tech support made me go through OS update, reset etc. - still the same result - so Samsung says talk to your ISP FiOS support m
