Virgin Media customer service is poor. Why are there no negative stars on Trustpilot? Virgin Media offered to change my old cable box (secondary, for use upstairs) for a new V6 box. It was to be delivered on 21st June. Nothing has turned up (now mid-July). I tried to complain online but no response, absolutely nothing. I have the same problem so went into Apple Store in London and asked someone, when I said I was on Virgin they rolled theirs eyes and said 'IMAP and Virgin emails on iPhone are not good' I asked if it had anything to do with the fact that Virgin.net use Gmail to provide their email but he wasn't aware if that was the issue.
